Shipment

• Delivery by the door-to-door delivery service of Yamato Transport.
• Delivery only to locations in Japan.
• Orders received by noon Monday through Friday(excluding national holidays) will be shipped within two days(excluding weekends and national holidays).
  Orders received past noon will be shipped within three days(excluding weekends and national holidays).
  * Please be advised that shipments to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands take additional time until arrival.
  * Please be advised that customer-specified delivery times may be missed due to adverse weather and traffic conditions.

Payment methods

The following four payment methods are available. Please be advised that associated charges(charges for cash payment on delivery, bank transfer, bank remittance, clerical handling)are payable by the customer.

• Cash payment on delivery (provided that billing and shipping addresses are the same)
  • Please make payment to the Yamato Transport employee who delivers your purchase.
    * The cash payment on delivery option is not available when billing and shipping addresses are not the same, as in the case of gifts. Please make payment by postal or bank transfer or by credit card.
• "GMO Payment After Delivery" service (provided that billing and shipping addresses are the same)
  • The invoice will be sent by post from GMO Epsilon Co., Ltd. after the product arrives. Please pay by postal transfer, convenience store payment or bank transfer within 14 days. * In the case of bank transfer, the transaction fee may be charged by the bank.
• Credit card
  • Please make payment using one of the following credit cards.

Statement of receipt

• Please use the postal transfer payment slip or bank transfer payment slip as the statement of receipt.
• In case of cash payment on delivery, please use the payment slip issued by the delivery person as the official statement of receipt.
• In case of credit card payment, please use the card usage statement issued by the credit card company as the statement of receipt.
• Customers requiring a statement of receipt other than described above, please contact us using the "Other inquiries" option. Please note that revenue stamps must be provided by customers.

• Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu: 800 yen
• Hokkaido, Okinawa: 1400 yen

Return or exchange of purchase

We pay close attention to the fulfillment and shipping of all orders. In the event that a defective product or a product other than ordered has been shipped, subject to notice from the customer given within eight days of arrival of the shipment, we will replace or exchange the product. In this case, the postage for returns will be paid by the Company. Postage is payable by the customer if a return or exchange is due to the customer's circumstances.
* Please be advised that a return or exchange due to the customer's circumstances will not be accepted if the product has been opened.
